About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of scalable IT architectures for manufacturing digital transformation across multiple production sites.
- Define and implement integration strategies for MES, ERP, SCADA, IIoT, and cloud platforms to enable a unified digital ecosystem.
- Establish architecture standards including data governance and infrastructure to ensure secure, reliable, and compliant manufacturing operations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 7+ years overall experience with 3-5+ years relevant in Industry 4.0 and digital transformation supporting manufacturing transformation programs.
- Experience designing and implementing architecture integrating MES, SCADA, IIoT, and cloud technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives involving engineering, operations, and IT stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in developing architecture standards and technology roadmaps for complex operational environments in manufacturing.
- Strong background in supporting smart factory capabilities, advanced analytics, automation, and real-time operational visibility.
- Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to modernize legacy systems and drive continuous manufacturing process improvement.
