About This Role
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across multiple development teams, solving complex problems and proposing scalable, flexible system designs.
- Ensure adoption of Agile and DevOps methodologies including CI/CD, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
- Mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, and measure operational metrics to align solutions with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of proven software development experience.
- Proficiency in Angular (10+), Java, Spring Boot, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript).
- Experience with microservices, API design (gRPC, REST), PostgreSQL or similar SQL databases, Redis, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; role requires physical presence in office 4 days/week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in architecting complex distributed and scalable web-based applications with domain-driven design understanding.
- Skilled in mentoring teams, leading architectural discussions, and collaborating effectively in multicultural, matrix organizational environments.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), security standards (OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, OWASP), and modern data architectures supporting AI/ML scale.
