About This Role
- Own onboarding, training, and performance management of last mile logistics partners across Rajasthan cluster.
- Conduct regular facility visits and audits across multiple cities to identify and resolve operational gaps.
- Drive key operational metrics end-to-end, ensuring compliance and achieving performance targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of work experience in e-commerce logistics, preferably in last mile operations.
- Experience in partner onboarding, training, and managing last mile and sorting operations.
- Experience working in Jaipur or Rajasthan region is a plus but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing last mile operations in e-commerce logistics with a strong field presence.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders to own and optimize end-to-end operational processes.
- Familiar with control tower functions and field operations within a dynamic e-commerce environment.
