About This Role
- Own end-to-end quality delivery for assigned systems/modules including test strategy, automation frameworks, and execution across web, mobile, desktop, API, and data platforms.
- Drive improvements in test coverage, release velocity, and product quality by leading automation-first, AI-enabled quality engineering practices.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and lead team members in test execution, automation, and delivery, including building AI-assisted testing workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience in software testing and quality engineering.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science required.
- Strong hands-on experience in test automation development (UI + API), automation framework design, and API testing automation.
- Work location: Bengaluru, KA, India with a hybrid work model requiring onsite presence 3 days per week.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in designing scalable automation frameworks with tools like Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, Appium, RestAssured.
- Proven ability to independently drive execution and delivery outcomes in Agile/Scrum environments, with strong programming skills in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Familiar with AI-assisted testing workflows, performance/load testing concepts, microservices architecture, and integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
