About This Role
- Responsible for software implementation, integration, development, configuration, Level II support, and performance tuning primarily for vendor regulatory applications in Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance, with potential for other vendor applications.
- Analyze, support, and maintain bespoke business platforms in a hybrid AWS Cloud and on-prem environment, including application performance optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate QA, stress testing, user acceptance testing, and support business units; may involve project management and development of new system functionality.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Enterprise Development or Application Support.
- Experience with 3rd party vendor application support and cloud operations (AWS experience required).
- Strong technical skills in MS SQL Server, SQL Server Integration Services, Windows and UNIX (Solaris, Linux), basic networking, scripting, XML; AWS/cloud certifications are beneficial but not mandatory.

- Skilled at troubleshooting at multiple levels (OS, DB, SQL) and collaborating effectively with business units and technology teams in a global, fast-paced setting.
