About This Role
- Lead and execute technology strategy for country-specific and regional insurance platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee delivery of scalable, secure technology solutions, driving engineering best practices including CI/CD and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing engineering teams; manage vendor relationships to support strategic goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 12–15 years of relevant work experience in technology leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in software development, system architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud), and legacy modernization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Location requirement: Hyderabad, India.
