About This Role
- Design, implement, test, and support enterprise network routing, switching, software-defined networking, and network security solutions across campus, data center, cloud-connected, and hybrid environments.
- Lead technical workstreams including coordination with customers, vendors, project teams; provide clear status updates, technical recommendations, and risk escalation.
- Mentor junior engineers, maintain technical documentation, review engineering deliverables for accuracy, security, and operational readiness, and contribute to technical standards and automation practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5-7 years progressive experience implementing and supporting enterprise network and security infrastructure in consulting, professional or managed services, or large enterprise environments.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise routing and switching including dynamic routing, segmentation, resiliency, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with software-defined networking or network virtualization and configuring/supporting enterprise network security platforms.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in customer-facing roles within consulting or large enterprise environments delivering enterprise network and security solutions.
- Able to lead technical workstreams involving multi-stakeholder coordination and technical mentoring of junior engineers.
- Comfortable developing and maintaining detailed technical documentation, operational procedures, and contributing to technical standards and automation initiatives.
