About This Role
- Lead large-scale instructional design projects to create training content and curricula aligned with organizational goals.
- Manage multiple instructional design initiatives, including timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication.
- Mentor instructional designers and drive innovation in learning strategies and technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of hands-on instructional design experience with evidence of leading large-scale projects.
- Proven ability to analyze learning needs and design end-to-end learning solutions aligned to business strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience required in Hyderabad location.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Expert-level knowledge in instructional design, learning program development lifecycles, and L&D strategy.
- Demonstrated success influencing stakeholders at multiple seniority levels without direct authority.
- Experience in Pharma or Life Sciences industry and familiarity with learning platforms like iLearn, EdCast preferred.
