About This Role
- Own end-to-end management and execution of large transition programs across multiple geographies.
- Establish governance frameworks and provide oversight on project risks, financials, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
- Drive stabilization post-go-live and ensure seamless handover aligned with budgets, speed, and quality targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 16+ years of overall work experience.
- On-site location requirement: Gurugram, Haryana.
- Moderate to extensive travel as required by the role.
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint for project planning and governance reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing large, complex transition programs with multi-geography scope and financial accountability.
- Strong leadership skills including influencing senior stakeholders and managing cross-functional teams without direct reports.
- Demonstrated ability in governance setting, risk management, client relationship management, and detailed project planning.
