About This Role
- Support Team Leaders and Service Leaders in real estate development project delivery, handling day-to-day responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Take ownership of small to medium projects or large project components in cost management, ensuring accurate and timely output.
- Drive service excellence by coaching subordinates, embedding best practices, and contributing to service improvement and innovation.
Minimum Requirements
- Approximately 5 years of experience in cost management.
- Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent (BE/B.Tech).
- On-site work location: Gurugram, Haryana.
- MRICS certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cost management with a proven track record and ability to handle project delivery autonomously.
- Capable of interpreting client or senior management briefs into actionable delivery plans.
- Ability to lead and coach team members while working within risk and compliance parameters.
