About This Role
- Drive and execute energy management and sustainability strategies across client’s Asia portfolio, focusing on energy, emissions, water, waste, and ESG initiatives.
- Manage environmental data including utility validation, reporting, and analysis to identify efficiency and carbon reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with clients and site teams to ensure compliance, support certifications, and enhance sustainability program adoption and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
- 4-8 years of sustainability or environmental management experience, preferably in multi-site or regional environments.
- On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Technical skills required: advanced MS Excel, environmental data management, and knowledge of facility operations and building systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing sustainability programs in regional or multi-site real estate or facilities management contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret environmental data and deliver actionable insights.
- Demonstrated capability in stakeholder engagement and program delivery aligned with ESG, green certifications (LEED, WELL, GRIHA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
