About This Role
- Own supplier identification, evaluation, qualification, and development to meet quality, cost, delivery, and innovation targets.
- Lead sourcing and supplier selection for new and existing products, collaborating with Engineering and Supply Chain teams.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives, manage supplier relationships, and monitor market trends to optimize supply base resilience.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience in supplier assessment, negotiation, and cost optimization.
- Location: Bangalore, India (on-site).
