About This Role
- Manage complex AI-enabled engineering and technology projects end-to-end, including scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and governance.
- Lead implementation and adoption of engineering platforms, digital workflows, automation, and AI capabilities, ensuring measurable business impact.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, data, cybersecurity, product, vendors) and report progress, risks, and outcomes according to project management standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 7-10 years of experience managing complex engineering or technology initiatives through full delivery lifecycle.
- Experience with new product development lifecycle including requirements, design, simulation, release, and manufacturing handoff.
- Work location: Hybrid role based in Bengaluru, India.
