About This Role
- Design, develop, and fine-tune machine learning models including generative AI use cases using frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI.
- Conduct research to advance generative AI algorithms and techniques.
- Collaborate with seniors and stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver solutions in an Agile environment, maintaining documentation for reproducibility.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate with hands-on experience in Machine Learning.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in machine learning model development.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as Sklearn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with NLP libraries (Spark NLP, Hugging Face, NLTK) and generative AI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in deploying ML models using GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, indicating operational and deployment skills.
- Ability to work in Agile teams collaborating with seniors and stakeholders, showing familiarity with structured development processes.
- Background involving applied research or implementation in generative AI and NLP domains for advancing model performance and application.
