About This Role
- Manage day-to-day operations of OTC derivatives trade processing team ensuring accuracy and compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Lead performance management, staff development, resource planning, and client relationship management for the team.
- Act as senior escalation point for operational issues, drive process improvements, and support implementation of projects and new business transitions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above required.
- 9+ years of experience in financial services and/or back/middle-office operations environment.
- Must have derivatives trade processing experience and a minimum of 2 years in a people/team management role.
- Flexibility to work shifts is required.

- Experienced operations manager with strong expertise in OTC derivatives and financial instrument processes.
- Proven leadership skills with track record of staff development, efficiency improvements, and managing change.
