About This Role
- Lead technology strategy, architecture, lifecycle, and operational performance for Oracle PeopleSoft General Ledger (PSGL) and Oracle EPM platforms supporting core finance processes.
- Drive measurable improvements in platform resilience, security, automation, and simplification while managing complex integrations and vendor relationships.
- Oversee major upgrades, change portfolios, risk management, and capability building to ensure platform availability and alignment with finance business priorities.
Minimum Requirements
- Significant leadership experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Financials (especially General Ledger) and Oracle EPM capabilities including Financial Consolidation and Close, Account Reconciliation, and Essbase.
- Strong understanding of core finance processes such as financial close, consolidation, reconciliation, statutory and regulatory reporting.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering.
- Financial-services experience in a regulated organisation and work experience with critical financial platform operations (month-end, year-end).

- Experienced in setting technology strategies and roadmaps for critical finance platforms within large, highly governed organisations.
- Able to translate finance requirements into measurable platform architecture and engineering outcomes, balancing vendor product capabilities and internal engineering.
- Skilled at managing vendor relationships, software licensing, and leading major platform upgrades, customisation reduction, and ERP/EPM transformations ensuring data integrity and auditability.
