About This Role
- Build and maintain project organization and ways of working, defining key interfaces.
- Accountable for overall program/project plan including resource organization (quality, time, budget) and risk management with corrective actions.
- Drive process improvements like lean implementation and continuous improvement (Daily Management, KAIZEN, PRIDE), manage stakeholder communication and project reporting.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
- Minimum 4+ years of project/program management experience on major complex programs.
- Minimum 12+ years of industry experience.
- Strong understanding of Mobile (Android, iOS) and backend technologies; experience working in highly matrixed organizations.

- Experienced in indirectly leading large cross-functional teams with strong influencing skills to deliver results.
- Capable of formulating comprehensive project plans collaboratively with management and stakeholders.
- Skilled in technical and functional leadership, negotiation, relationship management, and analytical oversight within matrix organizational structures.
