About This Role
- Respond promptly to queries from business units, providing expert data insights on product and trend-specific concerns.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI to communicate data insights and business performance to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement automation and process optimization leveraging AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to improve data processing and reporting efficiency, including automated generation of advanced visualizations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience in Data Analytics or Data Modeling.
- Mandatory skills include advanced Excel and proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI.
- Onsite role requiring minimum 3 days per week presence at company facilities (office-based role).

- Experienced in developing and optimizing algorithms for statistical analysis and data integration from diverse sources.
- Skilled in ensuring data accuracy and compliance with global data privacy regulations like GDPR and HIPAA.
- Strong background in data governance, validation protocols, and regulatory adherence in a health technology environment.
