About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Analytics work-streams including build, configuration, data migration, testing, and deployment of dashboards, reports, and recipes.
- Design scalable, secure data and analytics architectures aligned to client requirements and lead client workshops to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior Technical Consultants, review their work to ensure quality and scalability, and serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients and stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years experience delivering scalable dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Salesforce CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics) and building data pipelines with Dataflows and Recipes.
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce core development (Apex, Triggers, Lightning Web Components) and integrating Salesforce with external systems including SQL query expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
- Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Certified CRM Analytics and Einstein Discovery Consultant certifications required.

- Experienced in translating complex business requirements into technical specs and designing analytics architectures.
