About This Role
- Lead a team of Network Engineers during designated shifts to ensure smooth network operations and incident management.
- Manage Major Incidents including initiating communication, coordinating resources, and ensuring timely resolution within SLAs.
- Monitor network performance using tools like LogicMonitor and New Relic, perform troubleshooting, and drive continuous improvement in NOC processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in network operations and incident response.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are required.
- Experience with ITIL-based Incident, Change, and Major Incident Management processes.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in 24/7 operational support environments handling complex network incidents and escalations.
- Demonstrates strong leadership in managing NOC teams and cross-functional collaboration across network, security, and infrastructure teams.
- Proficient in enterprise monitoring, observability, ITSM platforms (e.g., Splunk, Jira Service Management), and incident documentation and communications.
