About This Role
- Lead finance transformation initiatives including analysis and redesign of key finance processes (P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury) to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.
- Manage project workstreams and teams, including coaching, resource and timeline management, and project economics.
- Drive adoption of digital and emerging technologies (GenAI, AI, automation, analytics) in finance processes to innovate client solutions.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years total work experience with at least 4 years relevant to finance transformation consulting.
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA mandatory.
- Experience leading teams and finance transformation projects with client-facing exposure, including senior stakeholder management.
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and understanding of ERP, financial consolidation tools, and project management methodologies.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced consultant capable of managing end-to-end finance transformation engagements from strategy to execution.
- Adept at stakeholder workshop facilitation and finance operating model design with strong consulting skills in problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- Comfortable working with digital finance technologies and capable of leading teams and supporting business development activities.
