About This Role
- Lead and be accountable for the consolidation of funds reporting and ADS reporting under IFRS, including reviewing and signing off deliverables for submission to M&G Group Head Office.
- Manage and develop a team responsible for consolidation, ensuring process and control enhancements while maintaining compliance with IFRS and SOX control environment.
- Engage with auditors, fund teams, third-party accountants, and internal stakeholders to manage timelines, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement and finance change projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualified CA with 14+ years of experience in consolidation within the investment industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards including UKGAAP and IFRS, and taxation.
- Experience in managing SOX control environment compliance.
- Work Experience Required: 14+ years in consolidation with investment industry background.
