About This Role
- Lead end-to-end financial control and month-end reporting for global markets and entities from India.
- Manage relationships with shared service centres, vendors, and market finance teams to ensure service quality and resolve issues.
- Coach and develop finance teams; drive process improvements, support audits, and coordinate finance transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, IT or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in finance operations, financial controlling, shared services or service delivery.
- Experience with month-end close, reconciliations, financial reporting, strong control awareness, and managing vendors/shared service partners.
- Practical experience with ERP systems such as SAP and strong Excel skills; good written and spoken English communication.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading finance service delivery in multinational or matrix organisations.
- Familiar with finance transformation, ERP implementations, audit readiness, internal control frameworks, and automation tools (e.g., RPA, Power BI).
- Able to lead and develop teams in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments, focusing on practical solutions and steady delivery.
