About This Role
- Own and drive the product vision, strategy, and project delivery for Travel & Expense Applications, primarily focusing on Concur integration during SAP ECC to S4Hana migration.
- Manage technical operations, service management, compliance activities, and ensure business continuity for multiple Travel & Expense applications including Concur and Fieldglass.
- Lead coordination among IT, finance, procurement, and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and meet defined SLAs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in product ownership, technical operations, or configuration of Travel & Expense applications, especially Concur and Fieldglass.
- Strong expertise in Concur, SAP ECC and S4Hana integration; Fieldglass implementation/configuration and SAP configuration (preferably certified).
- Experience in managing compliance, audits, service management processes, and vendor relationships; Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years relevant experience explicitly mentioned.

- Experienced in delivering complex technical projects in global technology environments, especially in ERP and Travel & Expense domains with demonstrated service management capabilities.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement across multiple functions and vendors, with a technical background supporting product customization, integration, and compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), strong analytical skills, and proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle within regulated settings.
