About This Role
- Lead and manage IT service provision and technology infrastructure modernization for Deutsche Bank India franchise within budget and risk parameters.
- Collaborate with local, regional, and global technology and business leaders to develop and implement strategies supporting business growth and technology transformation in India.
- Oversee technology staff development, establish clear operating model and departmental goals, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal control standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in technology leadership and/or business roles, specifically within financial services and banking.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- In-depth knowledge of Indian banking regulations related to IT services; experience with IT strategy, software delivery, data management, IT service management, risk and cyber-threats.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader with a strong grasp of enterprise technology including infrastructure, applications, cloud hosting, AI, and their application in financial services.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in IT change and transformation delivery across multiple infrastructure domains and ethical use of AI for business problem-solving.
