About This Role
- Coordinate with shop floor FLMs and team leads to identify and address digitalisation pain points.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines from machine field elements to analysis platforms, including troubleshooting digital solutions implemented on manufacturing lines.
- Implement future-ready technologies such as GEN-AI, AI Agents, BMG IP Suite, and support MES technical issue resolution on machines.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years experience in digitalisation within manufacturing shop floor domain.
- Proficient in coding with Python and Java; experience with MAP platform and Azure Databricks.
- Good understanding of NEXEED/PROMASTER MES user menus and data structures, devicebridge, and PowerPlatform.
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, or similar field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional teamwork with manufacturing process understanding to tailor digital solutions effectively.
- Skilled in working with advanced AI technologies including GEN-AI tools and AI agents relevant to manufacturing.
- Capable of quick learning and applying emerging technologies in digitalisation projects on shop floor.
