About This Role
- Lead and deliver moderately complex software engineering initiatives, including design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation within a technical domain.
- Collaborate with peers and mid-level managers for technical challenge resolution and lead projects as an escalation point providing guidance to less experienced staff.
- Partner with Product Owners to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions, ensuring alignment with technology standards, modernization strategies, and Agile/DevOps practices, including AI tool adoption for engineering productivity.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Proficiency in full stack development with Java 8, Spring Boot, RESTful/SOAP web services, Angular, Apache Kafka, Oracle DB & SQL Server.
- Experience with Agile methodology (Scrum), DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Sonar, Maven/Gradle), test frameworks (Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG), and cloud concepts (Pivotal Cloud Foundry, OCP).
- Working knowledge of Unix/Linux, PL/SQL, microservices architecture, and monitoring/APM tools like Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or Prometheus.

- Comfortable working in Agile and DevOps settings, integrating AI tools to enhance delivery and collaborate effectively across product, security, and engineering teams.
