About This Role
- Oversee and optimize end-to-end spare parts warehouse operations ensuring on-time availability and distribution to dealers, service centers, and regional warehouses.
- Manage inventory accuracy, obsolescence control, and maintain optimal stock levels to improve working capital efficiency.
- Lead vendor and logistics coordination, monitor KPIs like Order Fill Rate and Stock Accuracy, and enforce compliance and safety protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Production Engineering or a professional Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain or Materials Management.
- 5 to 8+ years of experience in automotive spare parts management, warehouse logistics, or aftersales supply chain within an OEM or major dealer group.
- Hands-on proficiency in Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and strong data analysis skills with MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Location: Bengaluru, India.
