About This Role
- Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team delivering B2B customer portal and commerce platforms aligned to business strategy.
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programmes including build, migration, cutover, and hypercare, managing delivery risk and dependencies.
- Drive adoption of modern composable architecture principles and ensure integration with SAP and other enterprise systems, enforcing engineering standards and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 12 years of enterprise technology experience with 4+ years in technical leadership roles focused on cloud-native, MACH, and digital platform solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Azure/AWS cloud-native delivery, and SAP ERP/S/4HANA integration.
- Experience leading delivery with vendor and system integrator partnerships and managing global, multi-country B2B commerce platforms.

- Experienced technical leader with proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale, composable architecture-based B2B commerce and customer engagement solutions.
- Operates effectively across complex ecosystems involving multi-disciplinary teams (Product, UX, SAP, Architecture) and multiple delivery partners.
- Strong ability to balance long-term engineering excellence with short-term delivery amidst risk, governance, and business imperatives in regulated industries like Energy or Oil & Gas.
