About This Role
- Own end-to-end management of large, cross-cutting software/platform development programs for a newly formed AI & Data foundational platform team, establishing process, governance, and delivery cadence from scratch.
- Partner closely with architects and engineering leaders on architectural decisions and program execution, coordinating multiple workstreams, resource constraints, and dependencies.
- Drive AI-augmented program management practices and tooling to improve status reporting, risk detection, and decision follow-up, representing the team in leadership and executive reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent (preferred qualifications list Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related area).
- 10+ years of technical experience with at least 6 years in Technical Program Management leadership roles delivering large software programs.
- Proven experience standing up new programs/teams with process and governance definition rather than operating within existing setups.
- Experience in managing software/platform portfolios, collaborating with multiple business stakeholders, and hands-on familiarity with program management tools like JIRA, JIRA Align, Airtable or equivalents.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in launching and scaling complex technical program management frameworks from zero to one, especially in AI and data platform contexts.
- Strong technical grounding in system/platform design, APIs, data pipelines, and AI/ML lifecycle enabling effective program management on platform capabilities for enterprise AI use cases.
- Strategic operator adept at integrating AI-enabled tooling to drive program efficiency and executive communication within fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
