About This Role
- Analyze business/technical specs, define and execute functional and regression test cases for AI/LLM applications.
- Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium with Python, Pytest, and Postman, including CI/CD integration.
- Execute testing for Large Language Models (prompt validation, accuracy, safety) and AI-driven Agents workflows ensuring robustness and integration quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 3–8 years of software quality assurance testing experience.
- Experience in test automation using Selenium with Python and Pytest framework.
- Exposure or hands-on experience in testing Large Language Models and AI Agents workflows.
- Work Schedule: On-premise (Hybrid model mentioned but On-premise specified under Additional Requirements).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in analyzing and translating complex AI/ML business and technical requirements into test scenarios.
- Proficient with agile tools like Jira, automation frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines supporting AI product testing.
- Familiarity with AI governance, bias detection, safety validations, and optionally with red teaming and LLM benchmarking tools.
