About This Role
- Develop, test, and deploy commercial software and applications for the cloud with an emphasis on reliability and operational excellence.
- Design and implement operational dashboards, automated runbooks, and manage CI/CD processes to enhance system performance and support.
- Serve as a key operations contact handling incident documentation, metrics monitoring, and providing technical guidance to the team.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Application, or equivalent.
- Experience in software product development environment; preferred 6 years.
- Proficiency with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, Go, and BASH.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Microsoft Azure), Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD tools, and CloudOps/SRE practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with customer-facing operational support on Cloud and Mobile platforms and software product lifecycle management.
- Skilled in designing scalable infrastructure and automating operations, emphasizing process improvements using metrics.
- Comfortable operating in hybrid work settings and collaborating across teams with technical and customer stakeholders.
