About This Role
- Own design, development, and implementation of advanced AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and agentic systems frameworks (CrewAI, LangChain, LangGraph).
- Serve as primary technical liaison between AI engineering, product, and clinical teams to translate AI capabilities into healthcare solutions.
- Optimize cloud-based AI infrastructures and ensure rigorous testing, monitoring, and compliance with healthcare data security regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, ML, or related technical field.
- 10+ years total experience with minimum 3+ years specifically in AI/ML technologies.
- Deep proficiency in LLM architectures, multimodal AI design, agentic system development, cloud computing (AWS preferred), AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), monitoring tools (Langfuse, Prometheus, Grafana), and programming (Python, C++).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulatory standards (HIPAA, GDPR) and secure handling of sensitive healthcare data (ePHI, PHI).

- Experienced in designing scalable, production-grade AI systems with agentic workflows and strong cloud infrastructure expertise.
