About This Role
- Work closely with customers to define requirements, drive product demos, and ensure successful implementations through solutions design and pilot setups, particularly for large and high-priority accounts.
- Configure Zenoti platform to address specific customer business scenarios, identify risks related to product capabilities, and implement mitigation plans to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs across timezones, ensuring timely issue resolution and continuous knowledge of product, market, and business flows.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise products, including cloud solutions and large-scale integrations using APIs and web services.
- Strong software background with ability to master complex product functionalities, translate complex requirements into viable product designs, and configure software solutions.
- Proven skills in conducting technical discussions, discovery workshops, and customer presentations, with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work across multiple projects and timezones; open to short-notice travel; good understanding of MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp.
