About This Role
- Manage and oversee multiple programs within the Operations department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead process improvements, performance monitoring, and risk management to enhance efficiency and program outcomes.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of project managers and support staff, managing budgets and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field (preferred); B.E. or B.Tech. in Computer Science or equivalent (mentioned separately).
- 8+ years of experience in Operations domain (Digital Marketing) required; alternatively, minimum 2-4 years project management or related experience per minimum qualifications.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts including EST hours.
- Work Location: Bangalore office; specific office tower mentioned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing cross-functional programs with a focus on operational excellence and governance.
- Background in digital marketing operations or related operational domains preferred due to domain-specific responsibilities.
- Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capability with experience in budgeting and compliance enforcement.
