About This Role
- Own the development and strategy of Core Intelligence and Optimization product capabilities, shaping intelligent systems that turn operational signals into actionable store intelligence.
- Lead discovery, experimentation, and incubation of new AI/ML-driven intelligence capabilities across organizational boundaries with measurable impact on store operations and guest/team member experience.
- Provide enterprise-wide product leadership influencing multiple product groups, driving coherent intelligent system architecture, and mentoring product managers on AI/ML product craft.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including solving highly complex product problems.
- Experience with AI/ML, data products, recommendation systems, optimization, or intelligent platforms is strongly preferred.
- 4-year college degree or equivalent; advanced degree is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 8+ years in product management roles involving complex technical domains.

- Senior individual contributor able to operate across organizational boundaries and influence senior leaders without direct authority.
- Experienced in framing ambiguous problems and driving product strategy in AI/ML or complex technical environments with a strong discovery and experimentation approach.
- Skilled in systems thinking and building reusable intelligence product frameworks that connect multiple products and measurable operational outcomes.
