About This Role
- Provide technical installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC, UPS, chillers, electrical panels, and battery systems at commercial building job sites.
- Deliver onsite technical training and high-level customer support related to these systems, ensuring proper functioning through tests and inspections.
- Coordinate with sales and central technical teams, manage spare parts inventory, and oversee job scheduling following strict health and safety protocols.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering degree.
- 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in technical facility coordination or related field.
- Willingness to work onsite in Bangalore with rotational shifts and 6 days per week schedule.
- Skills required include HVAC, UPS, chillers, electrical panels, battery systems, and commercial building engineering basics.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial building technical systems with strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to deliver technical training and effective customer communication on system use and maintenance.
- Capability to work independently onsite while coordinating with internal teams and managing operational responsibilities.
