About This Role
- Lead and manage facility management services delivery, ensuring maintenance aligns with contractual commitments and budgets.
- Develop and oversee technical, commercial, and operational aspects of Annual Maintenance Contracts including tenders and Service Level Agreements.
- Manage vendor performance, operational risk, client and finance liaison, reporting, and team training to drive service quality and cost savings.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 8-10 years of experience in facilities management.
- Must be located on-site in Gurugram, Haryana.
- Tertiary qualifications in building management and/or business are desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic and operational facility management with vendor and contract management expertise.
- Capability to develop and implement policies, service level agreements, and performance assessments collaboratively with clients and vendors.
- Comfortable managing multi-disciplinary teams and interfacing with multiple stakeholders including clients, finance, HR, and operations functions.
