About This Role
- Support sales finance activities including month/quarter end close and flash discussions with business leaders.
- Prepare and update management reporting templates to facilitate internal and geo management finance reviews.
- Drive financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance with accounting principles to influence business decisions and cross-functional initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or economics required; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CPA, MBA) preferred.
- Typically 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst, with exposure to multiple finance functions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (e.g., GAAP) and financial analysis skills.
- Hybrid work mode requiring ~2 days per week onsite at HPE office.

- Experienced financial analyst familiar with supporting capital strategy through operational and strategic financial analysis.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally, engaging business leaders and finance teams globally.
