About This Role
- Develop and maintain software applications through the full systems development life cycle with a focus on complex features and interfaces.
- Support Industry 4.0 implementation in Xylem production facilities globally, collaborating closely with global and ITC engineering teams to meet project goals.
- Assist end users in implementing specific software requirements, participate in software design, testing, and stay updated on new features and products related to water technologies.
Minimum Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Instrumentation & Control.
- 5-7 years of professional experience in front end user experience and back-end services for large-scale, high-performance environments.
- Proficiency in Core JAVA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, MS SQL, and Thingworx Platform/Application.
- Working experience with Kepware server is mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in both front-end and back-end development within industrial or water technology domains, particularly with Industry 4.0 implementations.
- Comfortable working with global teams, multiple time zones, and diverse work cultures, with collaborative communication skills.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, cloud deployment (AWS/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines for efficient delivery.
