Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of technical project or program management experience delivering enterprise software, automation, or technology solutions.
- 3+ years leading projects using Agile/Scrum in offshore or globally distributed delivery models.
- 2+ years workforce experience managing technical projects involving workforce technologies, process automation, or AI/ML integrations.
