About This Role
- Lead timely and accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and key business metrics presentation to support executive decision-making.
- Design, build, and maintain automated financial reporting dashboards (Power BI) and improve internal financial workflows for efficiency.
- Provide data insights, statistical modeling, and root cause analysis to solve business challenges and support strategic initiatives across Finance, HR, and other functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or related field; 3+ years with a master’s or 4-5 years relevant industry experience with a bachelor’s.
- Advanced financial modeling skills in Microsoft Excel and strong understanding of financial principles.
- Proven experience with Power BI dashboard development; working knowledge of SQL is a strong plus.
- Experience collaborating effectively across global, cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

- Experienced financial analyst comfortable with operational data synthesis, automation, and dashboard/reporting infrastructure development.
- Able to independently identify logic gaps and implement scalable solutions in financial processes and analytical frameworks.
