About This Role
- Lead teams responsible for delivering product-based software solutions within Institutional Banking & Markets using both on-prem and cloud technologies.
- Own and improve CI/CD processes ensuring software quality, security, and functionality across development cycles.
- Manage support teams and rosters while working with Agile methodologies and the Data Delivery Life Cycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 14 years of experience, with significant Big Data and ETL expertise (Spark, Scala, Hadoop, Hive, Autosys, AWS data platforms).
- Strong skills in database/data warehouse technologies including Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, Teradata, Snowflake, DBT, and performance tuning.
- Experience with cloud technologies and tools: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS), CI/CD tools (GitHub, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering with specialization in Computer Science or Information Technology.

- Experienced in managing teams delivering complex cloud and on-prem software solutions in financial services or related sectors.
- Technically skilled in Big Data, data warehousing, and cloud infrastructure with a hands-on approach to CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Comfortable working within Agile environments and familiar with Data Delivery Life Cycle processes and supporting operational teams.
