About This Role
- Lead and own SAP Platform Engineering including SAP Basis, SAP HANA, and AWS-hosted SAP environments for large-scale enterprise banking workloads.
- Drive SAP landscape upgrades, migrations, resilience initiatives, cloud transformation, and operational excellence.
- Provide leadership for production support, DevOps, infrastructure automation, reliability engineering, and collaborate with cross-functional and distributed teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis and SAP HANA administration in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology engineering.
- Strong expertise in SAP Basis, SAP HANA, AWS Cloud Operations, Linux Administration (RHEL & SUSE), and SAP upgrades/migrations.
- Work Experience Required: 12+ years in relevant SAP Basis and HANA roles.

- Experienced technical leader with proven ability to lead complex SAP cloud transformation and cloud migration programs.
- Strong operational leadership background managing production support, incident/problem/change/release management in critical banking platforms.
- Skilled in engineering, operations, DevOps functions with a focus on automation, observability, and platform stability improvement.
