About This Role
- Design and implement agentic and GenAI solutions on Microsoft platforms including Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure, driving end-to-end delivery from architecture to production.
- Develop prototypes and production-grade workflows with integrations, APIs, and automation to accelerate adoption and deliver measurable outcomes for customers.
- Manage risk and ensure reliability, safety, and compliance of AI systems, including deployment support, monitoring, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 9+ years of experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions on Microsoft platforms (Dynamics 365, M365 Copilot, Power Platform, Azure).
- Proven production software delivery experience in solution development, deployment, and stabilization.
- Work Experience Required: 9+ years in relevant Microsoft platform solution delivery.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Hands-on experience building AI-infused workflows and production-grade GenAI/agentic solutions with strong engineering practices in Microsoft ecosystem.
- Capability to manage full delivery lifecycle of AI solutions including design, testing, evaluation, and operational readiness with DevOps/CI-CD experience.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, influence without authority, and enable sustainable customer solution ownership.
