About This Role
- Modernize and enhance Java-based full-stack enterprise web applications focusing on stability, scalability, usability, and maintainability.
- Own production support activities including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and monitoring application health using tools like Datadog.
- Collaborate in product design and delivery efforts using CI/CD pipelines and ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of full-stack development experience with Java, Spring Boot, JavaScript, and React.js.
- Strong SQL skills with experience in relational databases like SQL Server and Oracle.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, SonarQube, and production support/monitoring tools like Datadog.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in relevant full-stack Java development roles.

- Experienced in integrating AI/ML capabilities and using AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity.
- Skilled in both backend Java and frontend JavaScript frameworks with a strong operational mindset for application reliability and support.
- Comfortable working in enterprise-scale environments supporting critical business systems with a focus on automation, maintainability, and performance tuning.
