About This Role
- Lead and manage a technical team of architects, AI tech leads, and developers to deliver AI and GenAI solutions.
- Engage with clients to finalize solution architecture, develop project plans, and ensure successful delivery.
- Drive business growth targets of 30% annually, mentor team members, and maintain positive client relationships to achieve high NPS and referenceability.
Minimum Requirements
- 15+ years IT experience with at least 5 years in AI as an architect or AI Technical Project Manager.
- Experience in data science (AI/ML), Agentic AI, GenAI program management.
- Must have led programs with 20+ team members delivering AI and GenAI solutions at enterprise level.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree and project management certification mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale AI and GenAI enterprise program leadership with strong project management skills.
- Proven ability to interact with clients and manage commercial aspects effectively.
- Capable of mentoring technical teams and driving measurable business growth in AI domain.
