About This Role
- Support compliance with ISAE 3402/SOC 2, ISO 42001 certifications by coordinating audits and managing certification lifecycles.
- Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and KRIs for controls; lead automation of control testing and evidence collection to enhance compliance processes.
- Serve as subject matter expert in IT General Controls and AI governance, collaborating with technology and business teams to implement and improve preventive, detective, and corrective controls.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate degree from a reputed institute.
- 7+ years of experience in ITGC/SOC 2 audits, Governance, Risk and Compliance domain.
- Strong knowledge of Information Security control frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, CoBIT, AI 42001.
- Work Experience Required: 7+ years.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in driving internal control assessments, testing, and proactive reporting with escalation capabilities for non-compliances.
- Skilled in data analysis, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) for control effectiveness reporting.
- Ability to liaise effectively with internal stakeholders and external auditors, managing complex audit programs in a multinational environment.
