About This Role
- Ensure continuous availability of critical raw materials through proactive risk monitoring and shortage recovery management.
- Lead cost control initiatives, inventory optimization, and work cross-functionally on projects improving supply chain resilience and performance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation for controlled materials and SOX requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in material planning, risk management, and supply chain operations.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex material-management activities in fast-paced environments.
- Location: Sricity, India (Agile role).
- Work Experience Required: 1-3 years in relevant domains.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Data-driven approach to preemptively identify supply risks and balance cost, service, and inventory objectives.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills across technical, commercial, procurement, and planning functions.
- Experience leading cross-functional and cross-regional supply chain improvement projects with high ownership and accountability.
