About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of scalable, secure enterprise platforms using cloud-native, microservices, API-first, and AI-driven solutions.
- Define solution architecture and technical standards for complex business problems, ensuring alignment with enterprise technology strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship throughout software lifecycle, including cloud transformation, AI integration, and engineering best practices.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale enterprise applications.
- Proven expertise in solution architecture, system design, microservices, API-first design, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, modern DevOps practices, AI/Generative AI implementations including LLM integration.
- Proficiency in Java and/or Python; strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experienced leader in designing and implementing distributed, cloud-native, and AI-enabled enterprise systems focused on financial services or regulated environments.
- Technically hands-on with deep engineering and architecture skills, comfortable staying close to code and technology decisions while leading teams.
- Skilled at influencing technical strategy and governance, capable of mentoring teams on advanced cloud, AI architectures, and engineering standards.
